The Brick Oven Food Truck Bus
Brick Oven Bus is a Minnesota born food truck! We cook wood-fire pizza out of a short school bus. It is hard to miss on the streets of MN because our bus has a four foot tall brick chimney sticking out of the top.

See below for current pizza menu. Aside from the wheat flour in our crust, none of the top 9 food allergens are found in any of our pizzas. We do not carry gluten free crust but our bread is a true fermented sour dough leavened with a wild yeast mother starter.
